BG Universal Cooling System Sealer quickly and completely repairs leak points in the coolant system to prevent overheating.
The fibers in BG Universal Cooling System Sealer are six to 10 times smaller than the passages found in the radiator or heater core. The sealer fibers form a permanent type of patch for the leak.

Shake the bottle vigorously before use.
For preventive maintenance, add BG Universal Cooling System Sealer to the cooling system. Do not overtreat. Run the engine to operating temperature for 10 minutes.
To stop an existing leak, add 12 oz. (354 mL) of BG Universal Cooling System Sealer to the cooling system. Run the engine for 10 minutes. Make sure the heater valve is open. Replace the pressure cap after rinsing the radiator cap seat with clean water to ensure a proper seal. The leak should begin to slow immediately. Following a pressure buildup, complete stoppage should occur.
Add BG Universal Cooling System Sealer to the cooling system at a ratio of 12 oz. (354 mL) per 10–20 quarts (9–19 Liters) of coolant or 8 oz. (236 mL) per 8 quarts/Liters of coolant. For larger radiators, use proportionately larger amounts. For smaller systems, use less.
It is recommended for use in automobiles and all types of cooling systems not using coolant filtration equipment. Compatible with all cooling system components, including aluminum and plastic.
